Stay With Me, You Don't Need To Run

When everyone you thought you knew decides to desert your fight, it makes you feel like you're the only unwanted person left to fight her own battles. Judgemental people who have nothing else to do in their life, end up making you feel worthless piece of crap like all you deserve is pain and suffering.
Your self doubt and hopelessness doesn't seem to go away and your mind has gone way too far to decide that it's time to do something that will put an end to this misery. But you should know that I hear your plea, I hear you cry yourself to sleep, I hear you say to yourself that you deserve to be treated like this way and I hear you say that you are done suffering and need peace.
I want you to know that I feel every bit of your pain and suffering and I'm going to do all I can to make you feel better about yourself. You are not your thoughts, you are not what people say or think about you. You are who you are and that means you are way better than their senseless taunts and curses which make you feel that death is the only option.
You are not what your mind says to you, you are a strong woman who decides to stay back and take care of her younger sibling inspite of all the things people say to you. You are the epitome of beauty and you inspire me to be stronger every day.
I know you are exhausted from fighting your battles and you are lost in a dark hall. I'll stay with you, be with you through your difficult times. We have this ability to think which we need to use it in times of pain and suffering. Escaping this phase is never a good option but I know that you don't want to keep doing this anymore.
You don't have to try today, we can try tomorrow and if not tomorrow then the day after tomorrow but we will try. I'm not just a call away but I'm always there constantly holding your hand and guiding you through your darkest hours.
You are incredibly talented enough and far better human than those people who think nothing but worse for you. Whenever you need me, all you have to do is ask. I want you to ask me because if you keep hiding away like this then I wouldn't know a thing.

We all have had our own share of tension headaches, stress headaches and even migraines. But has anyone suffered or is suffering from depression headaches?
